铅酸电池铅膏中碱式硫酸铅的变化

 
蓄电池极板固化过程铅膏中碱式硫酸铅的变化极板铅膏中有两种类型的骨架:三碱式硫酸铅(3BS )和四碱式硫酸铅(4BS ) ,这主要取决于和膏温度与固化温度。
a . 3BS 晶体组合和膏温度30-60 ℃ ,固化温度30-60 ℃ 。
b . 4BS 晶体组合和膏温度75-95 ℃ ,铅膏组成是4BS 晶体。这种铅膏在固化过程主要是小晶体的溶解消失,以及4BS 大晶体的逐步长大与聚集.这些过程发生在80-95 ℃ 时间10-24h 或者40- 60 ℃ 时间24-48h 的固化过程。
当铅膏制备在50 ℃ 时主要组成是3BS 晶体相,3BS 晶体在80-95 ℃ 温度并有饱和水蒸气条件下24-30h 或120-180 ℃ 时间1-4h 的固化就会转化为4BS 晶体。在这两种情况下主要问题是4BS 晶粒成核速率。若以相当高速率确保4BS 晶成核,在遍及所有铅膏体内构成均匀分布的4BS 晶体大小的混乱平衡。在最初铅膏里有一定3BS 晶体的含量,同时还有斜方晶PbO 及正方晶PbO ,它们在高温下固化,就会实现3BS 转为4BS , 较高的固化温度就有较高4BS 晶体的成核速率。
