什么是蓄电池铅粉? |
铅粉是生产铅酸蓄电池极板活性物质的基本原料。有关电池的许多能的“遗传密码”,大部分隐藏在铅粉基料之中。铅粉本质上是铅微粒表包覆着不同铅氧化物成分的微粒,这种微粒是一种由金属铅和铅氧化组成的混合物.多年来铅酸蓄电池极板的铅膏曾经用红丹与密陀(PbO)为原料和制,然而使用化学方法制备的铅粉未必是经济、有效方法。一直到1924年出现日本岛津(Shimadzu)用球磨法生产铅粉,磨铅粉才真正作为铅酸蓄电池生产极板用铅膏的基料来制备铅酸蓄电池性物质。 Lead is the production of lead-acid battery electrode active material of basic raw materials.
